Since 1964 we have been providing water well drilling for residential and commercial customers in Harford, Cecil and Baltimore County in Northern Maryland, as well as Lancaster, York and Chester County in Southern Pennsylvania. We are licensed, insured and bonded in Maryland and Pennsylvania. We have great relationships with our customers as well as our approving authorities such as the County and State. And a Master Well Driller is present on ALL job sites!
Because water well drilling in Northern Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania is ALL we do, over the past 60 years we have become very familiar with the geological characteristics and various terrains in the area. Different areas call for specific types of drilling. Areas closer to shorelines or South or East of the Route 40 corridor require sand drilling equipment, while most areas West and North require rock drilling rigs. Because we perform our water well drilling services in Northern Maryland and Southern PA, we are set up strictly for rock drilling.
When accessible, drilling an existing well deeper is optional. When a well meets County and State regulations but the yield or storage needs to be increased, sometimes setting a rig up over the existing well and drilling deeper can save time, mess, and money.
Geothermal wells are a big breakthrough when it comes to saving energy and using the ground to generate heating and cooling. We work with several HVAC companies in the Northern Maryland (Harford, Baltimore and Cecil County) to drill geothermal wells for geothermal heating and cooling systems.
